Gallery

The Gallery is the quick view of everything your Studio has generated. Open it from the sidebar to watch new images and video stream in, scan recent work at a glance, and act on any piece without leaving the grid.

Gallery shows generated media only. It is the lightweight, “what did we make lately” surface. For uploads, organizing, rating, and the full system of record, use The Library.

Both surfaces show your media, but they do different jobs.

SurfaceWhat it showsUse it for
GalleryGenerated images and video, newest firstA fast look at recent generations and quick per-asset actions
LibraryEverything — generations plus uploads (shoots, logos, kits)Organizing, searching, tagging, and the durable record of brand assets

If you uploaded a file and can’t find it in Gallery, that’s expected: uploads live in the Library, not here.

Open Gallery from the sidebar. Generated media loads in a responsive grid — 2 columns on small screens, up to 4 on large screens — with the newest items first.

As you scroll to the bottom, the next batch loads automatically (30 at a time). If you’d rather control paging yourself, click Load More.

The grid scopes to the brand you’ve picked in the top bar. Switch brands there to see another brand’s generations. To learn more about brands, see Brands.

Each card shows:

  • A thumbnail of the image or video
  • The prompt on hover
  • The model that made it (on hover, for generated media)
  • A status indicator — Draft, In review, Approved, Rejected, or Archived
  • A brand tag, when one is assigned
  • The avatar of the teammate who created it

Video cards show the clip length and a marker when the clip has audio.

The filter bar sits above the grid. Filters apply right away — no reload.

ControlWhat it does
All MediaLimit to Images or Videos
All StatusesLimit to one review state — Draft, In review, Approved, Rejected, or Archived
All ModelsMatch a specific model (for example Imagen 4, Flux 2 Pro, or Veo 3)
Search boxType to match text in the original prompt
Date rangeA from and to date; the to date includes the whole day

Combine any number of filters. When one or more are active, a Clear button appears to reset them all at once. (Switching brands is separate — it’s the brand picker in the top bar, not a filter, so clearing filters won’t change your brand.)

Click any card to open it. The full image — or a video player you can play — fills the left side. The right panel has two tabs:

  • Info — the prompt, the enhanced prompt (if one was used), the model, any generation settings, any reference image used, dimensions and file size, the creator, the date, the brand, and any tags.
  • Thread — the conversation attached to this piece. See Threads & comments.

Videos start muted; use the player controls to play, scrub, and turn on sound.

The buttons along the bottom of the open asset change with the piece and your role:

  • Submit for review — send a draft to a brand manager for approval. See Review & approvals.
  • Edit / Fork — start a new version from an approved piece.
  • Move to brand… — reassign the piece to a brand you can create in.
  • Brew — save this generation’s recipe (model, settings, and optionally the prompt) to reuse later. See Brews.
  • Reference — for an image, open the create screen with this image loaded as a reference to guide a new generation. See Reference images.
  • Animate — for an image, open the create screen set to video with this image and its prompt loaded, ready to turn into a clip.
  • Download — save the file to your computer.
  • Delete — remove the piece. A confirmation appears first, and deletion can’t be undone.

Every piece has a Thread tab in the open view. Use it to leave a note, ask a question, or talk through the work right next to it.

  • Messages appear in real time — no refresh needed.
  • React with an emoji, @-mention a teammate, or reply to a specific message.
  • Paste or drag images and clips into a message to attach them.
  • An @-mention sends the person a notification that links straight back to the asset and message.

For the full guide, see Threads & comments.
