Sign up & sign in
OpenCauldron lives at studio.opencauldron.ai. You sign in with your Google account, answer a few quick questions the first time, and land on your Getting started board.
Sign in with Google
Section titled “Sign in with Google”- Go to studio.opencauldron.ai.
- The page opens with a Sign in / Sign up toggle. Pick Sign up if this is your first time, or Sign in to return.
- Click Sign in with Google (or Sign up with Google) and choose your Google account.
You may also see a magic-link option. If an email field appears, type your address and click Email me a magic link, then open the link from your inbox.
While the beta is invite-only, sign in with the Google account your invite was sent to. If you try an account that hasn’t been granted access yet, you’ll see an Access denied message — use the invited address, or ask whoever invited you to add it.
First-time setup
Section titled “First-time setup”The first time you sign in, OpenCauldron asks for a few details so it can set up your account. This takes under a minute.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| What should we call you? | Your display name — how teammates see you in comments, threads, and activity |
| Name your studio | The name for your Studio, your team’s shared workspace (you can rename it later in Studio Settings) |
| What best describes you? | Your role: Agency owner, Brand marketer, Freelancer, Hobbyist, or Other |
| How much AI media have you made? | Your experience level: Brand new, Dabbled, Weekly, or Power user |
| What brings you here? | Optional — a sentence about what you want to do |
A Studio is your team’s shared workspace. Everything you create, every brand, and every teammate you invite lives inside it.
Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Create studio. You land on your Getting started board.
If you were invited to an existing Studio
Section titled “If you were invited to an existing Studio”When a teammate invites you, you join their Studio instead of creating your own. The setup screen welcomes you to that Studio and skips the studio-naming step — you only confirm your display name, role, and experience level. Click Enter studio and you land on the Getting started board for the team you joined.
Where you land
Section titled “Where you land”After setup, the Getting started board walks you through your first steps: creating a brand, generating your first image, and inviting teammates. It’s optional and you can dismiss it any time.
From there:
- Getting started walks through your first brand and first creation.
- How OpenCauldron fits together explains Studios, brands, the Library, and review in one place.
Signing in later
Section titled “Signing in later”To return, go to studio.opencauldron.ai and click Sign in with Google. You skip setup and go straight to your home screen.
If you belong to more than one Studio, you switch between them from the Studio menu once you’re in.
